Uncertainty evaluation in the measurements for the electric power quality analysis

The paper deals with the uncertainty estimation in the measurements performed to assess the electric power quality. In a first steps, according to the 'ISO - Guide to Expression of the Uncertainty in Measurements' all the error sources, which give a significant contribution to the combined uncertainty associated to the measurement results, are identified. Successively, in order to analyze how the errors propagate through the measurement chain, a Monte Carlo based approach is proposed. Este artículo tiene por objeto conocer el grado de normalización y la adecuación de las revistas científico-técnicas españolas del campo de las Ciencias de la Actividad Física y el Deporte a diversos apartados clave de las normas ISO 8-1977 e ISO 215-1986. A partir de la observación directa de los fascículos, se han confeccionado dos índices para calcular el Grado General de Normalización (GGN) y el Grado Fundamental de Normalización (GFN). Los resultados indican que el ajuste de las publicaciones a la norma ISO 8-1977 es equivalente a la de otros campos españoles como el de Economía y el de Tecnología, mientras que es menor en la norma ISO 215-1986. Fuzzy cooperative control of automated ground passenger vehicles

In this paper a fuzzy motion control for cooperative passenger automated vehicles where there are not collisions between the closest ones is proposed. Based on the position of the target and on the initial position of each cooperative vehicle, a supervisory plans nonholonomic circular trajectories which are without intersections, while a fuzzy control strategy assures the asymptotical stability of the motion errors and the reaching of the target with low acceleration values along the planned trajectories. International audience; Following the analysis of existing BIM and GIS standards, formats, differences in the interpretations of the underlying concepts have been identified. Still, in each of the two considered domains several ontologies have been defined for these terms without seeking an alignment among their definitions. With this scope in mind, this article presents several mappings expressed by means of explicit semantic links between GIS concepts (as present in the related ontologies for the ISO 191XX standard family) and BIM concepts (as represented in the IFC standard ISO 16739:2018).
